As the only provider of modular buildings in Switzerland, we offer you together with our partner bank a proper mortgage at market conditions for modular buildings.
At least 20% of the real estate value set by the bank must be financed with your own funds. Up to a maximum of 80% of the real estate value can be financed with a mortgage. The 1st mortgage finances up to 67% of the real estate value. You do not have to amortize it, i.e. you do not have to pay it back. You can finance a further 13% of the property value as a 2nd mortgage, which you must amortize within 15 years or until you reach retirement age.
You own the property or have concluded a building lease for at least 10 years on the property.
